Refund policy

All sales are final Every Custom-Suit.com suit is made to order: you choose a standard ready-to-wear size and customize the details — lapels, lining, buttons, monogram, belt loops or suspender buttons, construction. Because each suit is produced specifically to your selections, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

Please double-check your usual jacket and trouser sizes before ordering. If you're deciding between two sizes, contact us before you buy — we're happy to help you choose.

Alterations We do not offer alterations credits or reimbursements for tailoring. Our suits are made in Europe from fine Italian fabrics and priced to be the best value in suiting; that pricing does not build in an alterations allowance. If you'd like minor adjustments — sleeve length, trouser hem — any local tailor can handle them quickly and affordably.

Defects and errors If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us and we will make it right.

Order changes Need to change a size or customization? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering — we can usually adjust your order before production begins.
