FAQ

Ordering

How long does my suit take?

Each suit is made to order. Typical delivery is 3–4 weeks from order to your door.

How do I know my size?

Choose your usual jacket size (chest and length) and trouser waist and length — the same ready-to-wear sizes you'd buy in any menswear store. No measurements or fittings needed. If you're deciding between two sizes, contact us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us within 24 hours and we can usually adjust fabric, customizations, or sizing before production begins.

Sizing and customization

Are these made-to-measure suits?

No — our suits come in standard ready-to-wear sizes, which is how we keep the price where it is. What makes them yours are the custom options: lapels, lining, buttons, monogram, belt loops or suspender buttons, and construction. Every suit is made to order with the options you choose. (Looking for made to measure? Visit our sister brand, Oliver Wicks.)

What's the difference between half canvas and full canvas?

Both have a real canvas chest piece — not glue. Half canvas runs through the chest and lapel and is the right choice for most people. Full canvas extends the canvas the entire length of the jacket: it molds to your body over time, drapes more naturally, and is the construction used in true bespoke. It's a $100 upgrade in the customizer.

Shipping and returns

Where do you ship?

Currently the United States. Shipping is free on all suits.

What's your return policy?

Because our suits are offered in known, off-the-rack sizes and made to order with your chosen customizations, all sales are final — we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size before ordering. If something is wrong with your order — a defect or an error on our part — contact us and we'll make it right. Full details in our Returns & Alterations policy.

Do you offer alterations credits?

No. Our suits are made in Europe from fine Italian fabrics and priced to be the best value in suiting, so an alterations allowance isn't built into the price. If you'd like minor adjustments — sleeve length, trouser hem — any local tailor can handle them quickly and affordably.
